The Purple Hayes Gallery is a compilation of the original paintings created by Rebecca Taylor Hayes.  Rebecca fell in love with painting in 1998 when she began painting in oil and acrylic at her college on the St. Mary's River in Maryland.  

Over the years, Rebecca has created dreamlike landscapes, home portraits, pet portraits, abstracts, and silhouettes. She primarily works in watercolor for commissions, but teaches classes in acrylic painting for groups. If you are looking for an original piece of art to enliven your home, or present as a gift to a family member or friend, contact Rebecca for custom options. Rebecca has taught over 150 different paintings to groups up to 50.  She is skilled in using acrylic and oil on canvas, watercolor, wood signs, or wine glass painting. In 2017, she designed and sold over 17 paintings to a national wine & paint studio, Muse Paintbar for use in its gallery of teachable art.
